📢 IRTC Namrup – Dibrugarh District Level Art Competition Successfully Concluded

Skill Star Foundation recently organized the Dibrugarh District Level Art Competition, which witnessed the enthusiastic participation of around 1,000 students. The competition celebrated the theme “Assamese Bihu Festival through Art”, showcasing the creativity and cultural spirit of young artists. Prizes were awarded category-wise, and all participants were encouraged with consolation prizes in the form of participation certificates, fostering motivation and appreciation for their artistic efforts.
